I've setup a simple contactless platform to log staff/visitors at a worksite.
The NZ-COVID 19 Construction Protocols specify "A daily register of workers entering and leaving site must be completed along with a health declaration. If electronic sign in machines are used, these must be cleaned and sanitised after each use."
This platform makes collecting sign ins & health declarations easy by providing a fast and contactless method.
All you need to do is display a sign on your door/site entrance saying “Visitors/Staff to sign in please use your phone to go to yourcompany.sitesignin.nz” the sign in process is fast and simple.
As the business owner/admin you will have access to login and view/export form entries when you need them. This can be filtered to export a specific day/week or a specific location if your form has multiple sites.)
